  • Check-in

    • instructing tenant on use of appliances
  • Notifying utilities of change of tenancy/meter readings
  • Notifying local council of change of tenancy/Council Tax
  • Collection & transfer of rental income
  • Arranging routine repairs & maintenance
  • Payment of property related outgoings
  • Carrying out quarterly routine property inspections

  • Advertising – Rightmove @ £40 per 4 week block

Letting  & Full Management Service (as detailed above)

40% of first months’ rent and 10% of rental income thereafter, per tenancy agreement
